Mobile Price Index
Introduction
This is one of the major services provided by Al-Jazirah through Mobile Media. Subscribers of this service can follow up on their mobile phones, the availability and prices of essential commodities in the market. Initially the service is available for the Riyadh City only. The Data is provided by the Riyadh Municipal Corporation.

Main Features of the application:-
• User can browse item wise/sub item wise and see the prices of the selected item in various stores in the city in the order of cheapest store first
• User can make a wish list ( or order list) by adding preferred items with qty and then click "total cheapest price" to know the cheapest markets in the city for the overall items in your order list. User can also know each item cheapest in which store
• User Can also browse by Markets or Stores List and Select Preferred store and then view the cheapest items in that store among all other stores in the city.

How to get it on your mobile phone:

You have to download the java application "MPriceIndex" from the URL http://www.al-jazirah.com.sa/mp/ and install on your mobile. The same URL can be received on your mobile by sending SMS to any one of the following Short codes: 82266 (STC) and 6709 (Mobily) .

Note: For Nokia Mobiles Click on "Nokia" and other mobile users click on "Generic".

Please note : Your mobile phone must be JAVA enabled.
